Overview on a typical Coaching Session, Explanation of the GROW Model in practice, Teaching on the Appreciative Inquiry Coaching Model, General Guidelines for effective Coaching, Explanation of different skills, competencies and resources, it’s relevance and differences between them.

​TITLE: Practicum - Practical Coaching Guidelines

 

Class 5 of 16

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Online Practicum where students practice the Practical Coaching Guidelines in Breakout Rooms, while observed by facilitators.  Students rotate in 20-minute slots, and verbal feedback afterwards. 

HOURS SPENT: 2 hours 30 minutes 

                            2 hours Homework
